Q: What is the difference between a clearspan and a tent?

A: Basically there are several different styles of tents. For example, frame tents, pole tents, peak tents and clearspan tents.

Standard frame tents are available in different sizes varying from 10 feet by 10 feet to 40 feet by 120 feet. Convenient and cost-effective, frame tents can be configured in a variety of ways creating smaller intimate areas or large gathering spaces. These tents can include white sidewalls, clear or french window sides.

Traditional pole tents vary in sizes starting from 10 feet wide to 100 feet wide. These tents are both versatile and economical.

Peak tents come in all three styles, pole tent, frame tent and clearspan. Peak tents are like standard pole tents except they have curved slopes that extend to higher peaks. These elegant tents are perfect for weddings and any fancy event.

Clearspan tent are engineered for maximum strength with the ability to withstand strong winds and inclement weather. With no center poles or exterior guy lines, these tents are extremely versatile. These tents can be expanded in 16 feet 4 inch lengths making them ideal choices for large exhibits or events. Clearspan tents have a number of customizable features such as varying perimeter heights and specialized sidewall.

Q: How many people can be seated at a banquet table?

A: A total of 10 (4 on each side and one at each end).

Q: How many people can be seated at a round table?

A: Depending on the size of the round table (various sizes available). Basically between 6 to 10 people.

Q: How can I figure out what size tent is needed for my event/party?

A: Using 12 square feet per person and multiplying the number of guests will determine the total square footage needed to accommodate your event/party.
